SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION 

• Delivery is FREE for orders $500 & up. A $10 Fee is charged for orders under $500
• Returns for all orders are complimentary
• All items are dispatched from our Sydney design studios within 7-10 days of order
• Australian domestic orders, please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery International orders, please allow 14 - 21 days for delivery
• All orders are shipped to the customer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

• Customers who have made a purchase from our online store have 14 days from the time of receiving your item/s to make a return.
• The price of returning item is complimentary
• To initiate a return all you need to do is fill out the information in the form below & we will send you paperwork and your return label.
• Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange. Exclusions apply.
• We do not offer refunds on any sale items purchased with a discount, either singular or combined which amount of 50% or more of the original price of item, unless item is deemed faulty, in which case customer will be provisioned a store credit upon return
• Sale & discounted items purchased can be returned for a store credit
• Items purchased with 'TRY ON' must be returned within 4 days of receipt of order delivery.
