DELIVERY RETURNS

Delivery

  • Delivery is FREE for orders $500 & up. A $10 Fee is charged for orders under $500
  • Returns for all orders are complimentary
  • Each item is professional handcrafted at the time of order & takes 7 - 10 days before dispatching 
  • All items are dispatched from our Sydney design studios within 7-10 days of placing your order
  • Australian domestic orders, please allow upto 5 days for delivery from time of dispatch
  • International orders, please allow 14 - 21 days for delivery
  • All orders are shipped to the customer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Returns

  • Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a full refund, credit note or exchange at the customers request. Exclusions apply.
  • By default, items returned will be provisioned a refund unless stipulated by customer
  • All returns will incur a $15 re-stocking fee per order without exception
  • We do not offer refunds on any SALE items purchased online with a 50% Or more discount applied unless deemed faulty
  • Sale & discounted items purchased with 50% or more reduction in prices can be returned for a store credit only
  • Returns are provided to customers for free. Please make contact with us at info@silkandcashmere.co so that we may coordinate your return label

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

At The Silk & Cashmere Company we believe in providing our customers with the highest quality, original garments, made with attention to detail & the highest precision.

We put in a lot of effort and time sourcing the highest quality Mulberry silk & Mongolian Cashmere while also ensuing the manufacturing of fabric and the tailoring of the garment maintain the highest of standards. 

We do understand that a few customers may change their mind about their purchase from The Silk & Cashmere Company.

For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with the purchase, be it a change of heart about the buy or an incorrect size delivered, we want to make your shopping experience with us as enjoyable & as easy as possible.

For those customers who are returning items purchased with any discount upto 50% we offer a complete refund for the sum of items paid, which are returned, minus a standard $15 re-stocking fee per order

For customers who purchase items on sale or at a discounted level of 50% or over on an items' original RRP, we offer store credit when items are returned to us

Our only conditions are that the Item/s must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.

Please note that garments must not have been worn & must not be soiled.

We allow a 14 day period from the time of delivery receipt, for items to be returned back to The Silk & Cashmere Co.

The cost of returning parcels back to The Silk & Cashmere Co are the responsibility of the customer

PLEASE NOTE:  We are UNABLE to accept returns which are outside of this 14 day returns period & for any return outside this period we provision a store credit for the customer to use 

 

RETURNS FOR FREE TRY ON SERVICE 
We offer a Free 'Try-On' service for all customers to allow you to try on items before you make your final decision on the item/s you would like. 

We allow customers to select upto THREE items on a single order for a Free At Home Try-On Service.

For orders placed using our free at home try on service, all customers using this service has a period of 4 DAYS ONLY from the date of receiving all items in your order to lodge your return with Australia Post for a refund.

Returns actioned within 4 days of order receipt, will not be charged for the return items, but will be charged a standard $15 restocking fee for each order return.

Please note that orders placed with our Free Try On Service with a discount of 50% Or more WILL NOT bef refunded upon return, but will be provisioned a store credit equal to the price of item/s, minus a $15 per order restocking fee.
