- Each item is professional handcrafted at the time of order & takes 7 - 10 days before dispatching
- All items are dispatched from our Sydney design studios within 7-10 days of placing your order
- Australian domestic orders, please allow upto 5 days for delivery from time of dispatch
- International orders, please allow 14 - 21 days for delivery
- All orders are shipped to the customer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
Returns
- Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange. Exclusions apply.
- Items purchased at upto 50% Off are provisioned a refund minus a standard $15 restocking fee
- Sale & discounted items purchased with a discount of 50% or over can be returned for a store credit only
